The Armstrong Scout Service Center & Scout Shop is located at 107 Youth Development Court in Winchester, Virginia. Our Scout Shop hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm and the second Saturday of the month from 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon. It houses the council support staff & offices and a full service Scout Shop offering scouting equipment, uniforms, literature, and awards.
