New Leader Essentials
"This is Scouting" replaces New Leader Essentials training is for all Cub Scout, Boy Scout, Varsity, and Venturing adult leaders, as well as Chartered Organization Representatives. Attend this session only one time even if you change positions. This is Scouting is an introductory course that shares the basics of how Scouting works. Should be preceded by viewing the Fast Start video for the appropriate program. This is Scouting is available at district or council levels or you may check it out or take it online.
