| The Armstrong Scout Service Center & Scout Shop houses the Council Support Staff & offices and a full service Scout Shop offering Scouting equipment, uniforms, literature, and awards. The Council Service Center is the "clearing house" for registrations, awards, Eagle Scout applications, reservations, Council records, etc. The Council web site and computer systems are maintained here.
