Is your unit looking for a great scouting experience playing games? Scouting Olympics hosted by the Shawnee District is the place to be!!! Register now to avoid missing this great event! Here are a few events that will be held but not limited to:

Registration Fee:Cost is for ONLINE registration, Patch & T-shirt included for those who have done Early Bird Registration ONLY. Paper registrations accepted for an additional $35 fee.
Check-In: 5:30-7:30pm Friday on outside pavillion. After 8pm, please report to Mr. Campbell at the Headquarters Pavilion see STAFF.. Please note that everyone must check-in upon arrival. Each unit will be assigned campsite location, trailers ONLY in camp.
WEBELOS: Saturday night ONLY for camping
Unit Host: Each unit is asked to host one game run by the unit. All games will be approved by Staff. For questions, on this, please contact John Campbell directly at firstname.lastname@example.org Examples are:

Equipment: Each patrol should bring their own equipment; personal gear and TENT. There are NO areas for hammocks at the fairgrounds. UNITS BRING THEIR OWN FOOD! No ground fires, self provided fire pits are allowed.
Schedule: Will be provided at check-in.
Parking: All vehicles will park in the designated parking area. All vehicles must be returned to the designated parking area after unloading. Trailers may remain in the site. For safety purposes, no one is allowed to leave camp without checking out with STAFF. No cars in camp.
Medical Form: A current BSA Annual Health & Medical Form is required and is to be submitted upon arrival. Only Parts A & B are required for this event. Click HERE to download the medical form.
