NEW -- Basic Requirements to Earn a Degree in the University -- NEW
The basic requirement to earn a degree at the University of Scouting is to be a registered Scouter who has completed both Youth Protection Training and New Leader Essentials for your current registered position. The University of Scouting is divided into four Colleges to structure courses into program tracks. The degree requirements for each college are specific to the degree, but basically employ a method of progressive learning, adding skills and requirements for each degree level (including teaching and development of syllabus) for consistent, relevant, quality instruction for current and future attendees. The four Colleges are as follows:
-
College of Boy Scouting
-
College of Venture Scouting
-
College of Cub Scouting
-
College of General Scouting Knowledge
The University of Scouting will definitely offer something for everyone.
