2013 Friends of Scouting Dinner

Honoring Shelley Moore-Capito

The purpose of this dinner is to raise awareness of the Scouting program in Berkeley County and to provide operating funds for the Shenandoah Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, which provides a value based program to over 6,000 young people annually in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.

To recognize Shelley Moore-Capito as Scouting's Distinguished Citizen for 2013 for her significant contributions to Scouting and the community.
