The 2024 Camp Card Fundraiser is designed to help Scouts Earn their Way to a summer camp adventure.

How can Scouting Units Participate?

Use the form below labeled 2024 Camp Card Sale to reserve your camp cards. Simply complete the form to request camps cards and coordinate your pick up. If your Scouting unit is not selling, then a single individual/adult may request camp cards.

Did you have a Scout that sold 10+ Camp Cards?

For Scouts that sell 10+ Camp Cards, their Fundraiser Chair (or other designee), may complete the following form labeled 2024 Camp Card Scholarship Drawing so those Scouts can be entered for a chance to win a $50 scholarship on a 2024 camp experience at Camp Rock Enon or Camp Sinoquipe. Only one camp scholarship may be earned per Scout.

Key Drawing Dates

• Friday, March 8, 2024:  The deadline to enter the drawing is Thursday, March 7, 2024, at 11:59 pm
• Friday, March 22, 2024:  The deadline to enter the drawing is Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 11:59 pm
• Friday, April 5, 2024:  The deadline to enter the drawing is Thursday, April 4, 2024, at 11:59 pm
• Friday, April 19, 2024:  The deadline to enter the drawing is Thursday, April 18, 2024, at 11:59 pm
• Friday, May 3, 2024:  The deadline to enter the drawing is Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 11:59 pm

Commission & Due Dates

• Tuesday, May 7, 2024, by 5:00 pm: Deadline for 50% Commission. Payment for cards sold as well as any unsold cards must be returned to receive a 50% commission.
• Tuesday, May 14, 2024, by 5:00 pm: Deadline for 40% Commission. Payment for cards sold as well as any unsold cards must be returned to receive a 40% commission.
• Tuesday, May 28, 2024, by 5:00 pm: Deadline for 30% Commission. Payment for cards sold as well as any unsold cards must be returned to receive a 30% commission.
• IF PAID/RETURNED AFTER Tuesday, May 28, 2024: NO Commission. The unit will be charged at 100% for all unsold and/or unpaid camp cards.
