Cyberquipe Activities

The Weekly Schedule

Camp begins Sunday.  Merit Badge Counselors will meet with scouts to share expectations.  You can find all of the camp videos on Cyberquipe's YouTube channel. Please plan to join in and take photos and videos of you and/or your group. We encourage scouts who can have a campfire and wear Class A's just like we would if we were together.

Class invites will go to Scouts no later than Saturday evening the night before Cyberquipe Camp begins.

On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of Cyberquipe, Troops from the Shenandoah Area Council put on a Virtual Campfire with activities. JOIN US at 8 PM EST each week of camp. Watch your Cyberquipe email account for the link to the virtual FUN!

Monday - Wednesday of each week of camp, we will host virtual activities at 8 PM on Google Meet. This year Troops from across the Shenandoah Area Council will host the activities. Troops will perform skits, sing songs, play games, and may even teach you a new skill. You won't want to miss these fun, engaging times together. Check the schedule to see who will be hosting along with other information. The Cyberquipe Activities page will provide you with lots of fun ways to get connected to the other Cyberquipe campers! Check it out!

Monday is the official start of merit badges. Scouts should receive invites from all of their merit badge counselors by the end of the day Sunday before camp. Some counselors, whose badges have a lot of requirements, may open the badge early, but many will begin on Monday in Google Classroom.

Tuesday and Thursday are also days dedicated to merit badge work.

Wednesday is Spirit Day! Scouts will be able to submit photos of themselves participating in the different competitions on Cyberquipe’s Padlet Wall. To earn points in the competition, they will also need to submit their score sheets to the Cyperquipe program staff at karen.yoder@cyberquipe.org no later than 6 PM on Wednesday.

Friday is also a badge day. Scouts are encouraged to get all their badge work turned in by 3 PM on Friday. MB Counselors will inform scouts if they will be leaving their badges open for some time following the end of the Cyberquipe week.
