The Winchester Scout Shop Hours SUMMER HOURS are Monday - Wednesday 9 AM - 5 PM.
The Hagerstown Scout Shop Hours SUMMER HOURS are Tuesday - Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM.

The Shenandoah Area Council Office hours of operation are Monday - Thursday.

Summer Hours may vary. Summer Hours of operation run from Memorial weekend to Labor Day weekend.

If you need assistance with any other Eagle-related item, please have the Scout email and make an appointment to see Stephanie Short. Please have the Scout include in their email, their name and Troop number along with a couple of different times and dates on Tuesdays (Winchester) or Thursdays (Hagerstown), and Stephanie will try to accommodate that request. To ensure compliance with YPT standards, if you are under the age of 18 years old, please copy a parent, legal guardian, or Scoutmaster to all email correspondence.
