Submit your completed Merit Badge Counselor Information sheet or MB Counselor Renewal in two easy steps. Fill out the form document and then use the form below to submit your Information sheet or renewal information. Your documents will be sent to the Advancement Committee for review.
Note: If you are new to the Boy Scout of America and have not filled out an Adult Volunteer Application. You will need to go to My.scouting.org and apply.
