How to sign up for summer camp classes via our new Tentaroo system:

Visit to browse and search for specific answers regarding Managing Your Account, Registering For Events, and Reserving Facilities. There is a nice 8:13 minute video detailing the process of registering for events. If you would like to skip straight to the merit badge class sign-up portion, it is at 5:57.

A simple step by step process is as follows:


Log in via your NEW Tentaroo username and password. Your Scouting unit leader received an email regarding the login information for your unit account.

You should see your " MY EVENTS"

  1. Click on the event for the 2021 Scouts BSA Summer Camp Week #.
  2. Scroll down to "Participants".
  3. Select the name of the Scout.
  4. Click on "MANAGE REGISTRATION" and then select "Edit Registration".
  5. Click "Next" at the bottom of the Participant page.
  6. Click "Next" at the bottom of the Participant Type page.
  7. Select the Merit Badge Classes for the Scout. This next screen displays ALL of the classes. There is a search bar at the top where you can type in the name of the class to narrow things down. Choose the specific class (check the class time!) you want for that scout. It will put that class on the right side of the screen. Continue adding classes for that Scout until you have what you want. PLEASE NOTE THAT SOME CLASSES ARE ALLOTTED PER TEAM COLOR, SO ENSURE YOU ONLY SELECT THOSE CLASSES THAT ALIGN TO THE COLOR YOUR UNIT WAS ASSIGNED.
  8. Once complete, click "Next" at the bottom of the Classes page.
  9. Click "COMPLETE" at the bottom of the Confirmation page.



Your balance will be increased based on class fees.


*Please note that you may want to CHECKOUT after each Scout's merit badge classes to ensure their spot is reserved.
