Phenomenon is a space-themed older youth weekend program for Crews, Ships, and Scouts BSA members ages 14+, planned by the older youth in the Shenandoah Area Council and other nearby CST 12 Councils, and is based on the Venturing ALPS model.

• Registration Opens: June 8, 2024 Regular Fee $40 per person (staff or participant)
• Late Fee Begins: August 16, 2024 Late Fee $50 per person (staff or participant)
• Registration Closes: August 29, 2024
