Scouting For Food
A Shenandoah Area Council Service Project
Scouting For Food is a National Good Turn Scouting project conducted nationwide. Each local council organizes its effort to collect food for local food distribution organizations. Planning for the 2022 Scouting For Food is underway!
The Scouting For Food project takes place on the first two Saturdays in November, the 5th and 12th.
Scouts will be picking up food from households where door hangers were placed on Saturday, November 12th. Please have your donations out by 8:00 AM. If food has not been picked up by 1:00 PM, please contact us so that arrangements to pick it up can be made.
